Bardon Supplies Ltd. - Welland

I highly recommend this location for all plumbing supply needs. Kevin G was super helpful and solved our issue onsite. He saved us a $130 service call fee (plus parts costs) as recommended by the original plumbing company that installed the shut off valve. We simply needed the cap which is a $22 part and WB plumbing refused to sell the part alone and stated a service call was necessary to sell us the cap. Come here first, before going elsewhere!

I'm a contractor for Bob Pietz Heating and we use these guys religiously. Cindy at the counter always knows exactly what we need and is always willing to help you find what you might with her years of experience. George, the manager, is always willing to go the extra mile to help get the job done, whether that means hopping in the truck and delivering equipment, or making the calls to make what we need happen. Everyone of the staff there is friendly and knowledgeable. I always know we can count on the guys at the Welland Bardon for anything we need.

This is a plumbing wholesaler, specialized in plumbing and HVAC parts and appliances. Their selection in these goods is incredible, something you'd expect to find in bigger cities. We're lucky that Welland has a couple very good wholesalers to buy gas, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical equipment from. I encourage the trades to support these wholesalers when working in the area. The counter service at Bardon is incredible, with many years of experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Kevin inside sales is very good at translating what I think I need to what actually exists. I thank him for his help!

Glad to have them in my area! I'm not a contractor, and they are glad to help regular do-it-yourselfers like me and even help us pick the right products. If you're not walking in there spending a bunch of money they don't give you attitude like many other places I've been to they treat you same whether you're spending $10 or $10,000. My heater is up and running thanks guys.

What a terrific discovery this place is!! Needed a toilet part I couldn't find anywhere else (side mount toilet handle), and although they didn't have one, they were able to put together a solution for me from old parts , and didn't charge me for them! Hope I don't need any more "strange parts", but if I do, this will be the first place I go to!!
