I got my ultrasound done. I could tell it was a privately owned business immediately. The staff were nice but not exactly professional in appearance. The office had a bit of an unpleasant odor also. Just not the same as a provincial owned clinic.
View on GoogleI would give 0 stars if possible. I check the website, I call the phone number, there's lights on but no one home. I wait for over a half hour to try and see if anyone is even at the clinic (mind you, its after 2pm, there should be someone there) and there's no one. No sign, no notice anywhere saying if they've closed early or had to leave. The phone doesnt connect to anyone, no matter which extension I try, and reading previous reviews, I believe that they are not properly managed for time, or they just dont care to let people know if things have changed. I even had a lady waiting with me for her appointment, and she wasn't told if it was canceled or rescheduled, there was no one there to tell her or do her appointment. Very disappointed in the service received, as there was no service offered at all.

She is an incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable ultrasound specialist who immediately made me feel comfortable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions with care and professionalism. Her calm and friendly demeanor truly made a difference and turned the experience into a very positive one. I am so grateful for her expertise and compassion, and I highly recommend Amber to anyone looking for an exceptional ultrasound specialist.
View on GoogleAt the time of my appointment it was quite busy in the office. The staff were all still incredibly friendly and kind even though they were being pulled in all directions. Once it was my turn for my ultrasound the staff allowed my husband in and took some great pictures of my baby!
View on GoogleA lady and are were just chatting while waiting a comment was made they were only about 25 to 30 minutes behind so in health care that's good. The next thing we know we are being shouted at by a women who we later find out was the office manager we tried to explain we were not complaining she then commented about a tone the lady next to me said we had no tone and she was shouting. She then told us no one else was willing to provide this kind of and we should be happy that they were willing to provide care. Now my technician was pleasant and professional. After this women shouted st us another employee apologized. I was so upset I couldn't wait to get out of there. If this woman speaks to patients like this I feel terrible for the people she works she obviously is very unprofessional and very unkind individual
