💔 Thank you for making a sad goodbye to my best friend less traumatic for both of us. I can’t imagine doing what you do everyday and the misdirected emotions that fly at you. Hugo did not like vet visits but he tolerated them best at Balfour because of the incredible people who made him feel safe and for that I will always be grateful.

We recently brought our cat, Clover, to Balfour Animal Hospital, and I cannot say enough good things about the care we received. Dr. Joe and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure Clover was thoroughly assessed and treated with compassion. From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and clearly dedicated to the well-being of their patients. Dr. Joe took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, addressing all our questions and concerns with empathy and expertise. It was evident that he genuinely cares about animals and understands how stressful it can be for pet owners when their fur-babies aren’t feeling well. The clinic itself is clean, well organized, and operates efficiently without ever making us feel rushed. We are grateful to have found such a reliable and compassionate veterinary team. Dr. Munishwer Bhup is very patient, understanding and caring. He took the time to find me information on products that can ensure the wellbeing of my cats. The Doctor was wonderful giving the vaccinations because he did it in such a way that my cats did not get stressed. Julia was very helpful in checking us into the room and doing the cats weight checks. All of the staff at Balfour Animal Hospital provide excellent customer service and Animal care.

I have always loved and recommended the clinic, even sending home pamphlets to my new puppy owners but the experience with Maze for emergency surgery has been over and above fantastic! I truly do not think my girl would have survived her condition if it had not been for the amazing and competent staff at Balfour animal Hospital. From the front desk to techs to doctors, I felt put at ease in a very serious, stressful and emotionally devastating situation. I knew in my heart Maze would have the best possible care! Excellent care provided to our precious Sadie. Dr. and staff are outstanding and very kind.
