I did my hair here for my wedding and more since.. Laura is definitely my favorite person there but they are all amazing.

I brought my 88 year old father in today for a “Barber Shop Shave”. We’ve been through a stressful period so I wanted to boost his spirits. Laura definitely boosted his spirits. How could someone not feel better after that kind of experience? Laura exhibits outstanding skills. It becomes abundantly clear how much she loves her job and her customers. Absolutely an amazing experience for him. Highly recommend!

Best barber shop ever! I have been bringing my lifelong friend Chris to have his hair cut here every few months for approximately 3 years, maybe longer! We are always warmly welcomed and treated like valued customers. I used to own a business on Queen Street, which is how I got to know Rob, Tony and Mary. They run a solid, committed, lifelong business and truly have devoted their careers to servicing the community. Chris LOVES all the cool pieces that Rob has collected over the years and they enjoy chatting about all of the memorabilia! Chris has Downs, but that doesn't change how he is treated when we visit the shop. It is actually a highlight for Chris and I to visit Back Alley Barber Shop to say hello to Rob, Tony and Mary as well as the Staff. We love this Barber Shop and would not consider going anywhere else. Chris always leaves with a little skip in his step because Rob does such a fantastic job with his hair. If there was an option to rate 10 stars, I wouldn't hesitate! Thank Rob, Tony and Mary for your exceptional, friendly and professional service.

This was the best experience I have ever had having my hair cut! I saw Laura and she was beyond amazing and exceeded my expectations. I have been cutting my own hair for years after a bad experience at a regular hair salon. I am so happy that I trusted Laura to cut my hair. It looks amazing and I am so so so happy with the result! This is a truly great barber shop experience. My barber Laura is THE BEST! She has given me that new beard hair cut I see so much around but never know how to describe it. Truly attentive and very reasonable. This is man pampering, with out all the froo froo...you know what I mean? I can't say enough about this wonderful place. An appointment is necessary
