Absolutely the worst Customer Service experience in nine years in Niagara Falls!!! I attempted to have a frame repaired at Aztec Frames Ltd. I was advised that it wasn't worth repairing and a new frame was required. I was initially quoted a price of $100.00 by phone from Ethan. After meeting Roger Stempski he then quoted $125.00 for the cheapest frame which was worse than my original frame. Then I was quoted $160.00 for a comparable frame and told by the owner Roger Stempski to pay cash upon receipt. I called the following day and spoke to Tracey, who was very pleasant and the only respectable aspect of this business. She called me back within the next two hours to advise me that the framework was ready. Upon arrival I finally got Roger Stempski's (the owner) attention, and he said "there is your artwork" and pointed, as I stood beside it on his table and I could see that the black frame had multiple scratches . I said it's scratched. He said to me where are they?, I pointed out the marks. He then told his employee Tracey to wipe the frame down and Roger said "there, that's okay now!". I said no the frame is scratched. Tracey confirmed this to him saying the scratches are on the framing pieces. Then Roger says "what are we going to do about it". I responded saying "I'm not doing anything, it's up to you". Roger's astonishing lack of customer service then showed it's ugly head. He said "I'm not cutting you any deal, $160.00 is the price, take it or leave it. There was no apology, no explanation, he only said "it's a hell of a lot better than what you had". I said this isn't acceptable. Roger than said to me in a threatening tone "do you want me to take it apart and just give you your artwork". I just stood there, I couldn't believe his attitude. Finally I said yes, take it apart. He literally tossed the frame on to the table and started taking the back pieces off. Luckily Tracey interjected as she saw how rough Roger was being with my cherished artwork, and she said she would take it upstairs to disassemble it. I ask Tracey if I could follow her upstairs to watch. She agreed. (The particular piece of artwork was created by my first wife who spent over 200 hours painting it and unfortunately she died unexpectedly in 2001). So, it was very important to me. Once I got to the top of the stairs Roger started screaming at me to get back here and said you can't watch. I said it's my artwork and I will watch and I told him to call the police if he wanted. He told me it's his business and to leave. I said, not without my artwork. Not wanting Roger to destroy my property I asked Tracey to stop taking it apart and said I'll just pay, take the frame and leave. It didn't stop there. I was taking the $160.00 cash out of my wallet and Roger demanded that "you're not getting it until you count every bill out in front of me on the table". I said no, I fanned out the $160.00 cash in my hand and put it on the table. I was so glad that Tracey was there, even when she was trying to wrap it in plastic Roger was trying to take over. I could see the embarrassment in her face. This by far was absolutely my worst experience in Niagara Falls for customer service, rudeness, unprofessionalism and intimidation by a business owner.

These friendly folks took care of my canvas the same day I needed it done. They make custom frames and sell them at their location. Fairly priced too. Highly recommend

Can't say enough good things about this place. The two gentleman we're very helpful, professional and didn't even mind my input into a color change that I would have preferred over their choice. Very reasonably priced for the product that I got. Excellent quality! They even gave us the materials to hang two picture to make sure that we got it done right the first time. If that wasn't enough, we got a call two weeks later to make sure that we were still happy with our product or if there was anything that they could do to help. I would completely recommend them if you need any custom framing done.
