Avondale Food Stores

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the manager Jen at Avondale for their kindness and generosity. During my visit to a nearby client, I had difficulty finding parking, and the manager allowed me to park in their lot. This small act of kindness made a huge difference for me, and I truly appreciate their willingness to help. Beyond that, the store itself is well-maintained, the staff is friendly, and the customer service is excellent. I highly recommend shopping here not only for the great selection of products but also for the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you again for your kindness!

Customer service is unbelievably horrible. Quote “I don’t make 16 dollars an hour to deal with people like you”.

Expected a quick in and out convienece store service, but instead received the exact opposite, long lines even though there were two cashiers, on top of that they denied my ID for being quote on quote “fake as I expected”, honestly I didn’t realize at first but after a minute I came to the realization he was racially profiling me, for context I’m a 53 year old black man from Mississauga. I immediately took my Id back and left, despicable service do not recommend.

I stopped in to ask for directions and the woman behind the counter was very friendly and gave me the appropriate directions to the store that I wanted to get you. I found her very helpful. Overall the store is a little bit dated and could use an upgrade in that department.

Worst staff ever! They always close early went there 5 mins till they close (10:55pm) just for a simple bag of milk there open sign was on and the door was locked! I asked her if I could get a bag of milk for my kids and she said no! Like geez lady shut off the damn sign so I wouldn't waste my time stopping now I can't even get milk cause everything else in Beamsville closes early!
