Just want in to get lottery tickets scanned. Rude casher sent me to the scanner which did not work. Was going to but more but will Never return!

The staff consistently demonstrate kindness, helpfulness and a welcoming attitude. In light of the substandard service I received from management at the Lincoln Street location, I will make a conscious effort to shop here before and after work, despite the additional travel time.

My boyfriend went in with a drink he bought at another store and was forced to pay for it by the old one with dark hair and glasses because he didn’t have the receipt on him and she’s too lazy to check the cameras, we will not be returning unless there is a way to get our money back.

Worst customer service no hi, hello, how are u. Infact she didnt even make eye contact with my sister as she cashed her out. But she watched us like hawk when we were getting ice cream. I wont be back and I'll be calling the store and speaking to someone above her.( the lady was in her late 40s early 50s.) If u dont like working with the public or even ur job DONT WORK THERE!

The older blonde lady that watched me and my sister like a hawk while we looked at ice cream *which we purchased* was rude, she must be new to customer service because she didnt greet us. Gave us a total and didnt offer me a receipt. I dont appreciate going to a store and having the staff watch me like I'm a thief!!
