This is my go to avondale. Staff are super friendly

There was a multi vehicle accident at the intersection in front of the store this afternoon. A few moments later, a woman appeared identifying herself as a first eater and asked if anybody needed assistance. After ascertaining that nobody needed immediate assistance, she offered shelter in her store. She identified herself as the store manager. Very well done! This says great things about your company you’re hiring practises and your training.

Poor customer service not once but ALL THE TIME ... I haven't been back in a year because of it and had to make a last min stop it was the closest store and NEVER AGAIN!

Went to the store this morning and spent over 100 dollars and the lady working was very rude the whole time!! And while we were making our milkshakes (for reals) she kicked my fiance out.... Don’t get me wrong we understood that other people need to go in the store too but she didn’t have to be so mean about it. I live in Linwell and go there all the time and it seems that she is always like this! So as of today we are never coming back due to her service with us every time we’re there. Talk about horrible customer service and as someone who works in customer service myself I’d be fired if I talked to a LOYAL customer like that in fact any customer.
