Horrible store m, do not recommend. Moody & grouchy employees. They are also really good at LYING to their customers. Crappy customer service.

Shockingly rude employee when we asked them if they had something in stock we needed in an emergency or where we could find it.

Nice corner store prices are fair, staff are nice big plus Moosehead lager on their shelves

Selling opened 1/4 full black pepper. Every other spice has a plastic seal. Asked the worker why this was, she said “oh weird”. Useless. You got like 4 aisles to worry about here, how hard is it?

Most of the staff is amazing. There is one lady who has continuously been ignorant to me depending on what kind of mood she is in. Unfortunately I don't even know her name. She has worked at this store since I have been a kid and I am going on 40 now! I don't know if it's me she has an issue with or if it is life in general. She has now insulted me in front of a store full of people twice. Now I do admit our first confrontation was not long after I was released from the hospital and was still on very strong medication that I was completely out of it. All I recall of that encounter was her accusing me of stealing in front of a store full of people. I don't know if she just hates life because she has spent her student and now adult life working the same job with no advancement or achievements at a career. If customer service is what she "enjoys" she sure has a odd way of showing it. She is always standing right in front of the store at the door smoking and swearing. I have heard her multiple times over the years humiliate other customers if front of others. To me that is not customer service which is what she has choose to spend her life doing. It comes off as a constant power trip which is pure ignorance. All the other girls are personable and friendly and don't make you feel like your interrupting their texting or smoke break. My sister in law left the store with her kids and drove from the beach to ridgeway because she didn't want the kids walking through the smoke pit at the door. Unfortunately she has made no attempt to confront our problem she has just slandered me in front of complete strangers. Nobody should be made to feel like a child when going for a bag of milk. Since she hasn't approached the situation in way a solution and explanation on both parts sides can be acknowledged PRIVATELY not in front of a store full of people. I now two years after the original poor service I received will have the situation cleared up. Where both parties can address their issues. Hopefully by addressing this with the head office I can save someone else the humiliation she seems to find to be priority in the customer service field. I also hope this will put a stop to the smoking and swearing at the entrance. Ironically enough every time I walked through she is talking negative about another person. To the rest of the staff keep on smiling and enjoying your job! It shows!!!!
