Debit or Apple Pay Only. The ice cream here is amazing. Great portions for price. Great service. Friendly and quick staff. Waffles cones taste great. Do try a cookie cone. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Benches all around. Tables are sometimes messy. Washrooms to the left of the building. They are clean. Kids love this place. It's ice cream. There's swings outside. Easily accessible anywhere you need to go. Plenty of free parking. Nice place to watching the planes at the airport next door take off and land. Outdoor picnic tables can be a little bit messy. Parking can be busy on summer weekends. No WiFi. Limited indoor seating.

First time visiting. It’s very clean & the staff are friendly & professional. The ice cream was a little too sweet & I wasn’t able to finish it. I will come back next summer because the peach flavour was highly recommended but out of stock when I went in October 2025.

What a great great experience here! I ordered an Oreo Cookie in the kiddie’s size, and it’s the perfect amount for me - thank you to the worker who offered me this as an option. The ice cream has very rich flavours - I can say that it is stickier than your normal ice cream as it is made fresh from the cows they have in the back! Loved the atmosphere and ice cream there, one of the best ice cream I’ve ever had for sure!

Stopped at the legendary Avondale Dairy Bar and let me tell you, it was so good I didn’t even get a chance to take a picture before inhaling my ice cream. Oops. 🙈 We went for Coconut Cream Pie and Key Lime, and honestly, they were next-level creamy, tangy, and sweet… like summer vacation in a cone. The Coconut Cream Pie tasted like dessert heaven, and the Key Lime had the perfect zing to balance it out. If you’re anywhere near Niagara-on-the-Lake, go here.

The best sundae I’ve ever had in my life. Wondered how good the ice cream could really be before getting there and it lived up to the hype. A must visit if in the area. Line moves quickly. Ordered the peach sundae and a smores sundae.
