Great little place. Smoothie bowls were fantastic. Dont miss the fresh squeezed orange juice.

We didn’t want a heavy meal before a nice dinner, but we were craving something healthy and tasty—nothing too fancy. This place was the perfect choice! We ordered the salmon poke bowl and the caprese toast. The staff was friendly, and the small patio seating was a lovely spot for a sunny day lunch. The poke bowl was fresh and delicious, and the toast was equally yummy.

Delicious fresh healthy food with excellent vegetarian and vegan options, and the nicest most welcoming owners and staff! My friend and I were such fans of Avo & Co that we ate all our breakfasts and lunches here during a recent stay in NOTL. We tried several different smoothies, toasties, power salads, and poke bowls and all were consistently yummy! Also, the cute cafe space is very bright, airy, clean, and comfy for hanging out. Highly recommend!

Amazing vegetable centered meals. I had a poke bowl and my wife had a salad. One of the owners daughters prepped the meal and served us. We loved the carafes of water and birch wood cutlery. If you are looking for good food, reasonably priced, and treated like family, then this is the place. It is one block from the Royal George theater

My very good friend and I love going to different local restaurants or restaurants in different cities. On April 12th, we decided to have lunch at Avo&Co. We love this place. Decor is bright, cheerful, and summery. Comfortable seating, Good selection of power bowls, salads, smoothie bowls, toasties, coffee, non alcoholic beverages. This little gem is family owned. The day we went one of the owners was there. Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name. She was so sweet, personable, she told us about the restaurant, when it opened, about the decor, her family and about the food. This place was opened about 2 years ago. My friend and I decided on the Power Bowl, a very delicious, colourful assortment of cherry tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, slices of avocado, dried cranberries, edamame, quinoa, cilantro, with a yummy sesame dressing on the side. This quaint place is a must try, whether you takeout to have a picnic in the parks around NOTL, or takeout to sit on a bench enjoying the beautiful weather and people watch. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!
