Picked up an alternator the other day, changed it out of my girlfriend’s car. Was told to bring the receipt and the old alternator back to get my 90$ core charge back. They didn’t accept it because it wasn’t in a box and they need it for the rebuild. Wouldn’t be that hard to look at the receipt to find the part number on my receipt. What a joke, maybe next time mention to put the old alternator in the box of the new one you purchase. Great sales there.

I initially had a very frustrating experience after buying a thermostat from Automotive Warehouse — the part failed early, and I even ended up replacing the reservoir and bleed line as well since I thought they might be the issue. On top of that, I had to pay labor twice, which made the repair more costly than expected. That being said, Automotive Warehouse stood behind their warranty and replaced the thermostat, and that finally resolved the problem. I really appreciate that they honored the warranty and made things right in the end. Although I wish warranties also covered labor costs when a defective part is involved, I’m glad they stepped up and helped resolve the issue. In the end, they made sure I was taken care of, and for that, I’m giving them full credit.

Went in a few weeks ago to see if they carried performance parts for a 79 Capri. The guy didn't even look interested in helping me. I asked for a pully for a 86 302 and I got nope cant help you. You could have at least tried to look. I use to work in parts in a big dealership and I would never talk to someone like that. With attitude like that, people won't come back. Tons of other places to go to that are curtious to customers.
