I was introduced to Akhil through a family friend in early 2025. After speaking with him, I booked a Toyota Sienna and began the waiting process. Throughout the year, Akhil consistently kept me informed with regular updates on the status of my vehicle, which I really appreciated. Later in the year, he called to let me know that the vehicle was likely to be allocated, and in November 2025, he successfully secured the exact Toyota Sienna I was looking for. The entire experience with Autoline Toyota was smooth and positive. The finance manager and the delivery team took the time to clearly explain the financing options and walk me through the vehicle features in detail, making the delivery experience very comfortable and transparent. Toyota is the best company and the Niagara Falls dealership where I bought my 2025 Toyota RAV4 has the kindest employees. I am a recent owner of 2025 Rav4. I had a really good experience with this dealership. My sales associate Rachel was very kind and accommodating. She explained to me the pros and cons of financing and leasing that showed how knowledgeable she is and she is able to give you sound advice on your options accordingly to your needs and current finances. Rachel also gave me a good deal 😉 Meanwhile, sales manager, Kyla is very hands on. She guided me through the purchase. Good rapport with clients because she took the time to know their clients better. She also recommended which Insurance companies are good to look at. Overall I would say… 10/10 experience with Autoline Toyota ⭐️⭐️⭐️
