Jace did a great job. Quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the service I received!

Went in there today and got 2 keys made by a young gentleman who was working. Got home and neither key was cut properly! Will definitely be going some place else tomorrow!

I called this morning and Jayce was at my home within a few hours and solved my problem immediately. My daughter-in-law had also had a new key/fob replaced this past weekend at a very reason price. I would totally recommend Audet Lock Centre to anyone!

I am very unhappy with there customer service or on the fact they didn’t put my lock on correctly in the first place but when l called a year or 2 later to tell them that my lock was put in incorrect and it was hard to open & close he won’t fix it unless l paid him another 125.00 to correct the matter. I do not recommend them at all. I know l should have called sooner but life happens and l thought when l showed them my receipt of 190.00 l thought he wouldn’t help me out. Very sad customer service.
