We bought a mattress from Ashley 5 months ago, and unfortunately, we are already experiencing some issues. It has started to sag in certain areas, especially near the head of the bed. We expected better durability and support for such a short period of use. It’s disappointing because at first it felt comfortable, but the quality does not seem to hold up over time. Great product at the right price. We had a very specific size sofa we needed and Ashley had the answer with the modular sofa system. Delivery was on time and the guys were very courteous and quick to put everything together.

We recently purchased a loveseat with Shelby’s assistance. She was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and had a great sense of humour. We will be back to make some other purchases and we look forward to having Shelby as our sales associate again soon!

We are so thrilled with our in store experience! We dealt with the sales rep, Maha, who was absolutely incredible. She took the time and respected our space when making a decision. The staff were so engaged and helpful with our two busy kids as well which made the shopping experience 10/10. This is what customer service should be across the board. Well done to the Ashley team.

I am giving 4 stars because I was not happy with my sales rep and his sales tactic. Very pushy and I did not like that in order for me to get a better price I had to say I was going to buy the sectional, I had to agree to fill out a finance application just to find out what my "special" price would be. Not a fan of that at all. I called service to cancel and also noticed the sales rep put wrong sofa color on my bill. I spoke with Jason who was awesome, and decided to keep the sofa and he fixed the color. Receptionist at the store was amazing when I did a price match and my delivery team was fantastic! Overall great experience!
