Great service by Amanda! Very warm and friendly atmosphere and a beautiful store with so much great merchandise and a Canadian owned store as well! 10/10 experience!! I will definitely be returning!

Been in twice now and both times, same lady stocking and training. Wonderful personality and very friendly. Didn't catch her name but it was Thursday Nov 20 at around 7.

ardenes is probably my favorite store at the pencentre. the clothing, jewelry and shoes are super cheap and their sales are AMAZINGG, I always run to the clearance section in the back, 50%-70% off!! the workers are usually so nice aswell. there is almost always some sort of sale going on in the jewelry section and if you sign up for their rewards online you can get MORE really good deals if you shop there a lot.

I came here September 19th at around 6:30-7 and one young girl at the cash was super nice and handled a lady that was a little more difficult really well. but then another young worker came up and started to help with the line, but instead of taking me (the next person in line) she said to the next people I’m going to take the people behind you because I don’t want to do all your stuff (I had 3 things), myself and the people behind me were shocked and they asked if that was ok but I didn’t have any other choice. THEN after I was being cashed out she proceeded to check out another customer that had way more items then I did. just thought that was EXTREMELY unprofessional to say you don’t want to help a customer because they have a few items. very disappointed with the service from her.

This Canadian brand retailer store in STC has quite a variety and styles of clothing, footwear and accessories. Their products are affordable and always some kind of sales are ongoing. The store is modestly well decorated but certainly can do better in organizing and displaying their products. Generally, staffs are friendly and helpful- although there are scopes in improvement specially with interacting with customers and faster checking out process.
