1 Star – Disappointing and Not Local Friendly This Arby’s on Lundy’s Lane is hands down the most expensive Arby’s in the entire Niagara Region. The pricing is noticeably higher than other locations, and to make matters worse, the menu isn’t even consistent with other stores. Items that are standard elsewhere simply aren’t available here. They don’t carry the Jr. Beef & Cheddar like other locations, and they don’t offer the popular 2 for $5 Jr. Beef & Cheddar deal either. On top of that, they don’t follow the same promotions you’ll find at other Arby’s restaurants. It feels like customers here are paying more while getting fewer options. Customer service was also very poor. There was no effort to explain pricing differences or offer alternatives. For locals in Niagara Falls, you’re better off driving to the St. Catharines location where at least the pricing and service are consistent and respectful. Until this location aligns its pricing and promotions with the rest of the region, it’s hard to justify spending money here. Hope head office pay attention on whats going on here.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) Very disappointing experience as an Uber Eats driver. I came late at night to pick up an order. The drive-thru was completely empty and it was very dark, so I honestly did not notice the speaker box. I went directly to the pickup window, which is something that usually isn’t an issue when there’s no queue. Instead of politely explaining or even acknowledging me with a simple “hello,” the manager (middle-aged, with a French-cut beard) was rude and dismissive. No basic courtesy, no professionalism. Yes, I missed the speaker because of poor visibility, but the reaction was unnecessary. What made it worse is that he reported me to Uber Eats and gave me a negative rating, which directly affected my driver stats. That felt extremely unfair for such a minor, honest mistake, especially when the restaurant was empty. Drivers are partners, not problems. A little understanding and basic respect would go a long way. This kind of behaviour from a manager reflects poorly on the location.

Not sure why they are never open until the time it states it will be open. Went to drive through at 12:05 and they were closed although it states that they are open until 1:00 am Friday and Saturday! Not a local so it’s very frustrating. Definitely reached out to the company customer service. I work in the food service so for this to happen I know that absolutely isnt allowed.

A Surprisingly Great Experience at Arby’s Niagara Falls! I don’t usually write reviews for fast food chains, but the Arby’s at Niagara Falls truly deserves recognition. We stopped in for a quick bite while exploring the area, and what we expected to be a basic fast food experience turned into something genuinely pleasant and memorable. Service: From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient with our questions (we had a few, especially since some of us aren’t regular Arby’s customers). The cashier had a genuine smile and walked us through the menu, suggesting the most popular and freshly made items. Our food was brought to our table with a warm “enjoy your meal”—something you don’t often see at fast food joints. It felt more like a casual dine-in restaurant than a quick-serve chain. Cleanliness: This location was immaculate. The dining area, floors, condiment station, and even the bathrooms were spotless. Everything was well-maintained, which is a big plus for anyone traveling with family. The tables were freshly wiped, no sticky seats, no overflowing trash bins. You could tell the staff takes pride in the space. Food: Absolutely hit the spot! We tried the classic Beef ’n Cheddar, the Smokehouse Brisket, curly fries, and mozzarella sticks. The sandwiches were hot, generously filled, and the meat was shockingly tender and flavorful. The cheese and sauces were perfectly balanced—not greasy or overpowering. The curly fries were crisped to perfection, and the mozzarella sticks? Golden, crunchy, and filled with gooey cheese that actually stretched (yes, we tested it!). It was clear that everything had just come out of the fryer—no sad, soggy leftovers here. Ambience: For a fast food location, this Arby’s has a surprisingly warm and cozy vibe. The layout is spacious with plenty of natural light coming in. There’s even a nice view of the surrounding area, which adds to the relaxing feel. It didn’t feel chaotic or rushed like many tourist-area chains—just a calm and comfortable spot to refuel. Overall Value: Given the tourist-heavy nature of Niagara Falls, I was expecting higher prices or rushed service—but this place remained true to Arby’s value proposition. We got a hearty meal, amazing service, and a clean place to relax—all at a fair price. No price gouging here, which was appreciated after being hit with inflated rates at other nearby spots. Final Thoughts: Whether you’re visiting the Falls, passing through the area, or just craving something beyond the typical burger-and-fries experience, I highly recommend this Arby’s location. It’s rare to find such consistency, quality, and hospitality in a fast food restaurant—especially in a tourist hub. Hats off to the management and team here. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!

These places are getting hard to find. So when we saw there was one where we pulled off the highway for brunch, we hunted it down. They open at 11:00 am so we waited in the parking lot. We got the Cherry BBQ Brisket and a Montreal Smoked Meat Poutine. The place was clean (even the washrooms) and the food was good. I’ll be back.
