Went in for an oil change today, not only is it the best price in all of the niagara region, they also found things that other shops completely failed to even notice or mention to us! Arbours Automotive in Port Colborne is hands down one of the most honest and genuine shops around. Duane Arbour is an absolutely amazing person as well! The team treats you like a person, not a paycheck. They’re transparent, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is safe and running right. It’s rare to find a mechanic who actually cares about their customers — these guys do. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, fair service.

I was very stressed about finding a mechanic being newly single and not even knowing how to open the hood on my car. But I have recently had a streak of bad car luck, I found this place and it has given me such ease of mind having a mechanic I trust. Duane has gone over and above in helping me and preparing me to deal with the dealership, he actually listens to my sad attempts at explaining what is wrong and gets what I am saying. 10/10 recommend him to anyone but especially women like me who know nothing about cars.

Duane is a great mechanic. But what sets him apart is that he takes the time to look at your car, not just for issue you bring your car in for, but other issues that could arise. I am not a mechanic, so this is an invaluable service. Highly recommended!

Duane is an excellent mechanic. I have so far had him work both on my Honda and my Porsche. He replaced an exhaust pipe for my Honda which had developed holes with a much better piece, replaced the entire suspension in my Honda, put a new gas cap on my Honda, changed the oil in my Honda, and changed the transmission fluid in my Porsche. His work has been top notch, and he is willing to take on more in-depth projects as well (such as installing a new clutch, flywheel, and rear main seal in my Porsche). His prices are reasonable, too.
