We recently had a pool cover installed at our home. The guys showed up on time and ready to work. They were attentive, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We will definitely use Aqua-Blue for all our pool needs. Thank you to the crew at Aqua-Blue!
View on GoogleFirst Year, Last Year – Incompetence at Its Finest I’m a first-year customer, and let me tell you — it will also be my last. After paying for maintenance, I received an email that reads like a comedy skit: the pool guy went back to school, his replacement broke his collar bone, and now they “have no more people to do maintenance this year.” Seriously? That’s not customer service, that’s an excuse parade. So here I am, mid-season, with a pool I paid them to maintain and no one left on staff who can actually do the work. Instead of offering solutions, they casually ask if I’d like to pay them again to close my pool — in October, no less — as if dangling one last service is supposed to make up for it. A professional company plans ahead. They hire backups. They make sure customers aren’t left stranded because one employee decided to go back to school and another got injured. That’s called basic business. Instead, they left me holding the bag, wasting my money, and scrambling to find a reliable company when the season’s already almost over. Bottom line: If you’re looking for reliability, professionalism, or even the slightest sense of accountability, look elsewhere. This outfit can’t keep staff, can’t follow through, and clearly can’t manage their own business. Save yourself the headache. If I owned this company, I’d grab a net and clean the pool myself before ever leaving a paying customer high and dry. Instead, they shrugged, quit on me end-season, and then had the nerve to ask if I’d like to pay them again to close the pool. For over $1,000 a month, I expected reliability and professionalism — not excuses, vanishing employees, and being left scrambling to find another service. They did maintain the pool for part of the season, but to quit on a customer like this is absurd. Save yourself the money and frustration — this company charges a premium but can’t deliver the basics. RESPONSE: Customer Follow-Up: I appreciate the response, but this really misses the point. I paid Aqua-Blue over $1,000 per month for a service that was not fulfilled. Whether one employee went back to school or another unfortunately got injured is not my responsibility as the paying customer. A professional company has contingency plans in place. I did not hire Aqua-Blue to hear about internal staffing challenges; I hired you to maintain my pool. Yes, Mike did a good job while he was here, but the fact remains that the replacement technician was at my property for 10 minutes, did not complete the job, and then I was told there were no more staff available for the rest of the season. That is the very definition of “quitting on a customer.” For the rates you charge, it is not unreasonable to expect reliability, accountability, and solutions — not just apologies and explanations. To make matters worse, I was told that Aqua-Blue would provide me with the GPT log from the last employee who came out and failed to do the work. That log was never provided. Just like the service itself, it was another promise made and then forgotten. Between the premium price, the incomplete service, being left end-season without support, and promises that went unfulfilled, I can only conclude that reliability and accountability are not part of this company’s business model. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect honesty, follow-through, and professionalism when paying premium rates. None of that happened here, and I stand by my review.
View on GoogleI had an inquiry about a pool heater and Aqua-Blue were more than happy to spend some time offering us some ideas even though they weren't able to sell us what we needed. I recently went back again for some upgraded pool sand for our filter and they were, again, very helpful. They have a great selection of products, and when we are ready for that hot tub or inground pool, this is where we will be going. Thanks!
View on GoogleWe’ve been using their services for years and I have nothing bad to say!!! Always helpful and their staff are amazing. Adam and Jeff closed up our pool today and did a fantastic job! Quick and painless and took the time to answer all the questions I had! I would recommend Aquablue to anyone in need of help with their pools and hot tubs!!!
