Sold out to Altima telecom what an absolute disaster. Off to find a new Internet provider, I hope others do too!

Absolute atrocious experience The opposite of reliable Constantly out of service people are nice but that’s it. Better off saving time and money going with another service provider this one will give you the run around every chance.

When switching over internet/phone companies, there's always a feeling of risk involved. I want to say that the transition from my former former company to Apsis was seamless and transparent. Ruth was there every step of the way helping me through. In the end it's nice to say I'm paying just over half of what I was paying from my former carrier with the same speed.
