Apple Self Storage

I'm a bit disappointed. I paid for a storage unit at 2 in the afternoon for my daughter. When I took her out there at 7 p.m. She realized it was not a heated unit and refused to put any of her belongings in it. I called the office and left a message that I didn't want the unit. Then I called first thing in the morning and was told that I couldn't cancel it and was responsible to pay for the entire month. She said it was policy, however there is no where on the website or the paperwork that says anything about this. I am very disappointed that I am giving money for a product that I will not be using. It should state somewhere on your website or your paperwork or it should have been told to me that this was the case. I do no have that kind of money to just give away. Storage unit was at Read Road in St. Catharines. Catherine Milsap

Cathy at Apple Self Storage was great to work with. She was so accommodating when the unit I ordered ended up being to small for our needs and quickly provided a solution that worked. The units were clean and well maintained and easily accessible. We also stored multiple trailers (Travel/utility) there and access to them was simple and convenient. I would not hesitate to use their storage services again in the future.
