Great experience here !! Kory was so helpful and friendly. I’ve had poor service in the past at other storage rental facilities. The staff at Apple self storage, particularly Kory, provided amazing service and were so efficient. 10/10 would definitely recommend for any and all your storage needs !!

I have been storing here for the past three years, never had been late on my rent always paid on time. I even rented a couple of their trucks. The last time I rented the truck Cory and his employees had very bad customer service scales, and very rude to me when you go in to rent a unit they are very nice but down the road once you are renting there, they will change their attitude towards the customers. This has not only happened to me. I know 15 to 20 other customers that had to leave Apple storage in Niagara Falls don’t rent here. There is a lot of other Storage places in Niagara Falls in matter fact if you drive just 1 km at the end of Oakwood Drive you will fine Walridge storage on Oakwood Drive. It is a much nicer storage facility with pave roads going to your unit not bumpy so you’re a wheel alignment and your car will be good. Have water storage Because of the roads

It was a well thought out pretty painless experience renting a storage unit from Apple. Kory was exceedingly helpful and as flexible as I could wish. Glad I made this choice.
