Very friendly customer service upon arrival. Super easy process to get started and easy storage move in process. They were kinder than any other place we have dealt with. Secure gate with code. Drive up unit with garage style doors. Easy phone-in payment process or direct deposit set up. Understanding company if you are late with payment, they are very forgiving. Reasonable late fees. Extra time to pay if needed. Fast email responses. Quick customer service on the telephone as well. I would give this company a 10 out of 10 as far as storage facilities go, and that is saying alot, because we have reviewed many storage facilities across the province of Ontario, and no other storage locker facility compares to this place. Most other places are not understandable to late payments, and most other places will add on much higher late fees and even confiscate your belongings to auction off, within a short time frame. We have the need for a storage locker as we simply have too much belongings to fit in our small apartment. We are hoping to be able to someday relocate back to Niagara Falls, as this is our ultimate dream. For now, our belongings will stay in storage there, while we reside a few hours away. We will have our belongings available to us there, whenever we return for a vacation, or to live there. This time of year, January, after Christmas is tight for us, so we appreciate the compassion and understanding that Apple 🍎 Storage Niagara Falls has extended to us. Thank you. Blessings.

Apple Self Storage Niagara absolutely saved us, and I can’t say enough good things about Cory. We were in a really tight spot after getting turned around at the border, and it left us stranded with a load of tables and nowhere to store them. To make it worse, it was after hours and the facility was already closed - we genuinely didn’t know what we were going to do next. Cory went so far above and beyond that it honestly restored my faith in people. Even after he’d already gotten home, he came back out to help us, got us set up with a unit, and made sure we were taken care of. He even offered to help us unload, gave us an incredible discount to help us out, and kept offering extra support and solutions just to make sure we were okay. That level of kindness and effort is rare. If you’re considering storage in Niagara, this is the place - and Cory is a genuinely good human. Thank you, Cory. You kind soul. 🙏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super personable and a great experience. The units are clean and the facilities are convenient. Fits my budget and located conveniently close to the QEW highway. Corey was able to help me and my mom with choosing a storage unit. Straight forward and easy, no hidden fees, accommodating and great customer service.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! The staff here are incredible, always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything. Kory, the owner, is such an amazing person to deal with. Understanding, helpful, and genuinely cares about his customers. Karen is also wonderful, so kind and always goes above and beyond to help. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for storage!
