I’m sorry I have to share a review like this. Today I came in for a hair cut. I had backed out of a drive and someone panicked and profusely hit their horn as I waited for them pass. Fair. I may have scared them. Sorry. I came into the store to get my hair cut and was scolded about the incident. Next I wanted a short cut and I was called cheap for not wanting to come back in 2 months. That’s not proper business practice. I don’t need that when there are so many other problems in the world. Sorry but I was really offended.

Can’t believe it pulled up to get a snazzy haircut and the only reason parking spot available had a pylon in it. Decided to go to massage therapy right beside.

Brenda was absolutely wonderful today for my highlights and style. Everyone here is so nice and kind. Thank you!!

Brenda saved my hair! I had a cut that I was not happy with at a different salon and ended up frantically trying to book someone to fix it. When I called the salon, Brenda was so friendly and booked me in right away. She even wanted to stay late to help me out. I really appreciate her help and she did a fantastic job. Thank you Brenda!

I have been a customer for over 18 years and they have consistently been nothing but professional and courteous. During these pandemic times, all businesses indoor require a mask and if you do not have one, they will graciously provide one (referring to the mask comment from previous poster). All of the ladies, including the owner, are up-to-date on all of the current styles and trends and are always seeking professional development. Everyone at the salon has a positive attitude and clearly enjoy what they are doing by the amount of fun they have! I would highly recommend Ann Michaels without hesitation.
