My hearing aids keep quiting on me ...I had the right hearing aid repaired just last month...and now my left hearing aid has stopped working ...they are both charged to 100% ...now they don't have any appointments open for me ....maybe I should phone another hearing aid company? It's very annoying not being able to hear , plus I can't get an appointment to have my hearing aid repaired !!

I have been going to Amplifon since 2019 and have not had a bad experience at any time. Staff are friendly, courteous and professional at all time. I would highly recommend them for your hearing loss needs.

Horrible receptionist. Rude ignorant and was treated like crap. Ended up walking out with my 4 year old who was supposed to be seen at 10:45 and people were coming in with appointments that was after his and getting taken in within a minute of sitting down and when I asked what was going on (as I know things can happen and patients get missed) as my son was getting restless and wanted to go back to school cause they were doing activities he loved and my head was bit off and basically told it could be 3 before we get taken in. The receptionist refused to get a manager when I asked for one. I could not sit any longer as I had a ride as well waiting for us and they had places to be too. Don’t recommend.
