Great service! I purchased my 3rd pair of Persol glasses and have never been disappointed. I sheepishly asked for a rush on the glasses just before Christmas leading up to my 60th birthday as these were a gift to myself. After being told it would take a minimum of 6 weeks I surprisingly received them within 10 days. Thank you ladies for always providing exceptional customer service!

After 15 years of being a customer, I can confidently say that Amore Eyewear is simply the best. The service is consistently excellent, and the staff is always quick, punctual, and helpful. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my glasses!

I recently went in to get my glasses adjusted. I handed my glasses over and was never told there could be a risk of my glasses being broken or damaged. The lady came to the front, asked what my name was and searched me in the system. She then went to the back and moments later came back to tell me my glasses broke as she was popping out the lense. They scrambled to get me a new pair of glasses but pulled probably one of the cheapest pairs off the wall, melted down my lenses and fit them into a "new" pair of glasses. I spent over $800 on the glasses they broke and in turn, was given a cheap pair as a replacement. I understand accidents happen, but the way the ladies in the front made it seem like it was my fault the glasses broke is extremely disappointing. I’ve been a customer of theirs for years and have spent a lot of money in that store. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. They seem as if they are being helpful and extremely remorseful but the glasses they gave me aren’t even worth $100. So disappointing.

I brought my young daughter here after noticing she was struggling with her vision. She saw the Optometrist who was very transparent and supportive that my daughter would need a strong prescription and corrective eyeglasses. The girls who worked there were very helpful and patient in fitting her glasses and even let her order a pair online in the colours she liked. They all made a stressful process more comforting and light. I appreciate your expertise Amore!

I have been a customer at this store for 5 years. I recently had my lenses changed there, and the optician fractured my frame. There was no verbal or written communication provided to me about the potential risk of the frame fracturing beforehand. When the glasses were returned, I noticed the damage to the frame, which the optician was unaware of. The worst part, however, was their attitude toward resolving the issue. In this unexpected situation, I was told that if I wanted to replace my frame, I would need to pay $299 for a new one, and all they could offer was a $50 discount. Essentially, they caused the damage and expected the customer to bear the financial cost. After an email conversation, I started calling their store on Monday to get more details, but I was repeatedly told they were busy with other customers and would get back to me. After waiting a few days, I called the store again today, only to be told, " STOP CALLING THE STORE. WE ARE VERY BUSY. YOU NEED TO WAIT TO BE CALLED" I can't believe and tolerate this experience with the store. It is unacceptable to treat your customers this way.
