Bad night at Amici’s tonight. Ordered two pizzas, one was unrecognizable and contained all sorts of things we didn’t select but lacked the meat that we did select. What?!? The second pizza was exactly what we ordered, but it was so soggy and included the unexpected surprise of a human hair. Clearly, no one wanted to eat that thing. The wings however, were fantastic Upon calling the restaurant we were escalated to the manager (?), Owner (?) Who told us, and I quote, “ It’s not our fault, You’ll have to call “skip the dishes”. As far as I know, Skip only delivers the pizza. They don’t make the wrong order, and they don’t drop hair in your pizza. The meal was way off the bubble. No apology, no rebate, and very little pizza eaten. Anybody want 3/4 of two pizzas? They’re all yours!
View on GoogleDelicious shawarma pizza and wings! We ordered online and it was delivered hot and fresh. The Smokey BBQ wings were amazing and so were the onion rings - crispy but it could be less salty and definitely could add more chicken shawarma pieces on the pizza.
View on GoogleHi, I’ve ordered pizza from your restaurant three times now, and every time the crust — both around the edges and the bottom — has been completely burnt. I wanted to let you know because it really affects the taste and overall experience. I hope this can be improved for future orders. Thank you.
View on GoogleWe ordered 5 pounds of wings and a large garden salad from Amici’s, and the experience was extremely disappointing. First, the salad looked nothing like what was advertised. The online picture showed a variety of vegetables and dark greens, but what we received was a bowl of mostly wilted iceberg lettuce with just red onions and green olives. That’s completely misleading. There is a picture online and it clearly doesn’t match what we were given. They claimed there is a description of salad online but it couldn’t be found. Second, we did not receive the 5 pounds of wings we paid for. We counted 31 small wings that lacked meat. When I called to address the issue, I was told the wings are “larger now” and that you only get 6 per pound. That’s simply not accurate, these wings were small and definitely did not add up to 5 pounds. They offered me 6 additional wings to “make it right,” which didn’t come close to compensating for what I paid or the frustration caused. When I declined, they then offered a small garden salad as well. Again, not worth my time or the gas it would cost to go back. I’m sharing this so others are aware: Amici’s no longer delivers what they promise. The food doesn’t match what’s advertised, and they don’t take fair accountability when called out. Save your money and order elsewhere.
View on GoogleI stopped by Amici’s Pizzeria this weekend. After seeing some good reviews, I figured it was worth a try. The service was great, the order was ready on time and was greeted with a smile. The prices were a little higher than other similar pizza places, also considering the extra large size looked more like a large. The toppings were a good amount and tasted fresh, as did the cheese. The sauce was very good, nice seasoning and garlic taste. The crust was good as well, soft yet chewy at the edges. Overall a good pizza and a fair price. Would definitely recommend checking out Amici’s for your next pizza craving.
