Lack of sizes (size 000 in particular) . There were two employees working when we came in a gentleman and an older lady. The store was dead . We stood there wandering for help when we did I knew what I wanted heck I was wearing what i wanted- either a loose fit/ baggy fit . I got handed mom jeans and the incorrect size . The 2 I was wearing was huge can you imagine if I attempted to put on the size that given which was a 4 ? 🙄. Listen I’m one of the those weird people that shop in store because certain material bug me however I’m attempted to be a solely online shopper after times like this 😕 Edit: Purchased the jeans in question from another location in a size 000. I’m lucky I listened to my gut and walked out initially

Absolutely incredible staff. I was there yesterday trying to buy jeans for my boyfriend and couldn’t find the size I was looking for as it’s somewhat *unique*, however the staff member assisting me was quick to help find exactly what I was looking for. Always very friendly and helpful. Thank you again AE staff!!

I can't say enough good things about your associate Emily. She took my call today and accommodated me by putting a size request aside for an exchange. When I arrived I tried on the pants and they were still too big. I felt bad about asking her to get me a smaller size but she assured me that she was happy to do so. Also the young lady by the change rooms I did not catch her name was absolutely so sweet! Will always come back to this location as the outlets the staff seem not as upbeat as the Penn center location. 😊

My daughter was approached by one of the employees ( she was amazing) and from start to end the whole team was so helpful. Went out of their way to find exactly what she wanted at the best price. We were pleased with the purchase and the staff. i wish this location was close to where we live we happen to be traveling and stopped in. Great job ladies keep up the great work .
