I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and integrity of Amber Stairs. It has been over six months since I placed my order for a spiral staircase, and I still have not received it. Amber Stairs came highly recommended by the manufacturer, Prestige Metal in Quebec, who assured me that my project would be well taken care of. I initiated this project in February, and now, in August, I find myself without any stairs. The general manager, Dave, promised that I would receive temporary stairs until my new ones arrived, and they even created a template for me to visualize the dimensions of the new staircase. In the initial stages, Dave was responsive and engaged, but as the months passed and I began to follow up, I was met with excuses instead of solutions. I feel fortunate that I did not provide a deposit, but I am left without any explanation for the poor treatment I have received. This situation reflects poorly on Dave's leadership and highlights a significant lack of professionalism and customer service at Amber Stairs.

We recently had Amber install new a new railing, spindles and stair caps. Their installer Aaron was meticulous and a true professional! His installation was absolutely flawless. Further, Aaron was a pleasure to work with, a true gentleman and very professional. We can’t begin to tell you how pleased we were with Aaron and the whole Amber ex.

I had a fantastic experience with Amber stairs. From the first phone call to discuss what I wanted, to the onsite measurements, the scheduling, and of course the installation. Very professional from start to finish. The crew who installed the stairs were even courteous enough to use a quieter method of fastening because they knew my daughter was napping upstairs! Will certainly be a company I recommend if given the chance!

By far the most professional stair and railing company we have ever dealt with. Amazing attention to detail with very competitive pricing. Been building custom end user homes for some time and I would not even consider using anyone else.
