Alliance Security Niagara

We just had our full security system installed and we are absolutely thrilled with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Andrew did a fantastic job with the installation …..he was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain how everything works. You can tell he really cares about doing things properly. Kent, the owner, was equally wonderful to deal with ……responsive, organized, and clearly committed to delivering a great product and service. The whole system works beautifully and we feel so confident and secure in our home now. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional security company.

Great service, installer was knowledgeable, friendly and patient with explaining all the alarm details. I felt confident after he was done understanding how the system worked. I would highly recommend Alliance. Kent and Nicole were a pleasure to deal with. I switched over from another provider that were no ok get providing the personal service .

Alliance initially installed our CCTV system and we recently had them upgrade one of our cameras. Alliance's tech, Mitch, did the install and he was great ! Very professional and thorough. He took the time to test everything and explained all the functions of the new camera and answered all of our questions. Thank you Mitch !

We were customers of Alliance Security Niagara for 9 years. When we sold our home, the new owners wanted to upgrade the security system but needed it done before the closing date. We contacted Alliance and their Sales guy came out to see what was needed and we allowed him in and he said his team would need 2 days to install all of the upgrades and we said it was OK as long as they cancelled our service and charged the new owners for the upgrades and the service. Two weeks before the closing date, we had 4 Alliance Tech guys in our home for 2 full days running wires , cables, cameras etc. The Sales guy said that our contract would be cancelled and not further charges would be ours and the new owners agreed to pick it up. 3 months after we moved I get my visa bill and see 90 days charged to my account. I called alliance and the bookkeeper was away on vacation and would contact me on her return. No response. I called another month later and she said that she knew nothing but since we did not cancel 60 days in advance, that we would only get a refund for 30 days not the 90. This is now the 3 time that I am telling someone at Alliance NIagara my story and they said they would get back to me....No repsonse. I am now callind 7 month and they said that since I did not cancel per the conract that they would only give me 30 days back, which they did. I continued to call and they finally understood and said I would get the entire credit back....The total was only $30. I looked for the next 90 days and no credit. I continue to call and they said they sent it to my bank, which was just an out and out lie and on everyone of these calls I was treated with disrespect and told I was wrong, It is now coming up to 3 years and I am still waiting for my $30 refund. Over all my years dealing with suppliers, this was the most rude and disrespectful of customers of any company that I have used. They are not customer oriented and this is the way that they treat a 9 year customer, while I would not ever recommend this company move on to another supplier. I am looking in the news for a bankrupcy notice any day now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very bad experience and never deal with them.....You will be sorry.

Working with Kent and Alex to revamp the security systems in my stores has been a fantastic experience. I was previously with a huge company that I couldn't even get on the phone. I wish I went with Alliance years ago.
