What a Wonderful, Patient, Understanding Gentleman! I got hacked yesterday and was just "out of sorts". WIthin a few hours, my laptop was back in great order. Thank You Kindly!

I had Windows 10 and decided to move to Windows 11. My computer needed to enable TPM 2.0 to get Windows 11. Not only did he enable TPM 2.0 he made sure all my files saved for Windows 11. A very efficient courteous knowledgeable and friendly gentleman who has one of the best computer shops I've ever seen. Thank you so much. George M.

I had a mishap with a part he sold me. He was very helpful and I ended up with a better 1 for the same price. I was a bit of a jerk at first I'll admit but he took it in stride and worked with me. I left feeling very happy and satisfied as a customer. His customer service skills are unmatched in the computer industry. Best little shop in town. Keep up the good work!! 😊

Amazing!!! I brought my laptop in because of some battery problems the gentleman that runs the place was fantastic. He had it all sorted in a day and cleaned it up. Now it looks new! He also added antivirus and fixed my mouse pad, and all for one-third of the price I was quoted from Best Buy just for the battery issue. Nice honest guy, I will never go anywhere else!
