Highly disrespectful to my friend Madden Garner. The employee was snarky and I will search elsewhere for sports equipment.

Just spoke with someone on the phone asking if they had pink trainer tape, and responded with a very snarky “no we don’t have that on our shelves” so I asked them if the fort Erie location had it, since I called the number listed for welland, and they said “well thats who you’re calling right now” in a tone implying I should’ve known that. I finished the call by saying “thanks for the help have a good day” and they didn’t respond to me. Whoever answered my call was absolutely unhelpful and ill mannered and their tone makes me want to never call again.

Very very friendly staff.
