Dangerous drivers on the road. Plate ending in 53 was tailgating me all down Lundys Lane and getting right up on my bumper on a 50km road. He was swerving in and out driving reckless. He almost rear ended me SEVERAL times. Be careful driving in front of these trucks.

Had the opportunity today they were working on Montrose Road and had the road closed at both sides of my house. I drove down to ask could I drive on the boulevard because I literally was two houses down. Keep in mind that my wife one hour prior asked the same question and he said OK drive on the sidewalk and the boulevard when I asked, I met the most unprofessional arrogant person that works in that company he said Sidewalk and Boulevard was private yet his pick up truck was sitting on private property which he had drove over the boulevard to get to I understand if there was no way around to go the other way, but I originally came the other way on the road said closed so I went around absolutely disgraceful

The team at Alfidome really did a great job from start to finish with our drainage issue. The communication was consistent, and quick. From the quote, to the projected completion date was so smooth. The men were very professional and respectful. We had a handful of different companies work on our home over the years and the stories we could tell are not the best. This was the first team that stayed true to their word, completed a job, left a clean area when finished and really did such a great job! Thankyou!

Just finished a job in Niagara, I hired Alfidome for there Hydrovac service, and couldn't be happier. They were on time professional and cleaned up after they were complete. Highly recommend them, and I'm not an easy person to please.

I am extremely impressed by this company. Their workers were not only skilled but kind, friendly and humane. They were empathetic to our situation. When sewage was backing up between city line and property line, this company showed an efficiency that should be modelled after. They were here at 7:30 the first day and worked until 5:30 ensuring we could at least use our bathroom for the night. I only saw them take one break but they could they taken more for all I care. They worked non stop in the heat. But, I never question someone's limits in a physically intense skilled trade as it's their safety. The second day they were almost done by noon. They worked so hard and it was a huge job. The sewer could not be located easily and these guys were not only professional but made it seem effortless without ever losing a smile. I plan on using them as an example when I give my presentation on the trades. I am so impressed by their diligence and work ethic. Thank you so much!! Scott, Darren and Santiago were hero's really. They deserve medals for their work these past two days. What that team of three accomplished and took care of was a true testament to teamwork. It was amazing to witness.Thanks again guys! You deserve raises after that :)
