Alexanian Carpet is a great place to shop for your flooring needs. I have used them for two projects and the carpets we chose have stood the test of pets and children, I would recommend Alexanians the installer were very professional and clean. They were friendly and did a great job at installing carpets on our stairways. Great job. I'll be back for the next project.

Alexanian has a great overall selection of carpets and flooring, and that’s what initially drew us in. However, not all locations are equal. We visited three different stores, and the inventory and selection varied quite a bit from one location to another, which was surprising. The return policy is something customers should be very clear on. You can return a carpet within 48 hours, but when I attempted to return mine to a different location (after being told that was allowed), the experience was frustrating. The attitude from the sales staff was disappointing — eye-rolling and visible annoyance over a straightforward return request is not what you expect when spending money at a retail store. In the end, I did find a rug that worked, but the customer service throughout the process was not helpful and, frankly, one of the more disappointing retail experiences I’ve had. Great product selection, but customer service consistency needs serious improvement.

We just had our Master bedroom carpet installed by Alexanian’s and the whole process from start to finish was excellent. We found their pricing to be fair and the instal was quick and seamless. This is our second time purchasing carpet from Alexanian’s. We will defiantly be back for a 3rd.

We purchased flooring from Alexanian back in 2021 and had their install team install the floors on our main floor. The install was sub par at best (for a few reasons). From the initial install they did not trim the baseboard to allow my dishwasher to open and cut the carpet too short from the basement stairs leading up to the main floor so there was a two inch gap from ripped carpet to flooring. The installers also scuffed the new baseboards installed in spots. As I was completely unimpressed with the job we left it as is and was fine with the flooring but just wanted to be done with the experience. Fast forward 3 years when our floor boards in the kitchen and hallway started to crack, split and seperate from one another. Harold visited us to assess the flooring. He then proceeded to have a representative from the manufacturer come and make sure that the floor wasn't faulty. It took the representative 4 months to finally make an appointment. After his assessment in Mar 2025, he told us that the floor wasn't even levelled properly before the install. The flooring was breaking apart because the floor wasn't levelled during install. The flooring was just thrown in quick. Finally in July 2025 (8 months after initially reporting our floors were breaking) Alexanian came back again to replace the floors. We were away on vacation so the job was completed when we were gone but when we returned we had another surprise in store for us! Since the sub floor needed to be levelled in spaces prior to installing, there needed to be some flooring cement laid. Prior to laying the cement installers would typically seal the floor to avoid leaks. Not these ones! I came home to find portions of my basement covered in flooring cement. Some leaked on the carpet. Some leaked in my laundry room all over the floor/water heater/freezer and more! This install job was worse than the first and I hope anyone thinking of going to Alexanian ensures that they ask the right questions about the installers and their quality control. There are other place that I am sure would be glad to have your business.

I was looking for a complete turnkey project on luxury vinyl plank floor for my living and dinning room and Harold came through to meet my needs, including removing carpet, moving furniture, supply and install stained matched quarter round. Harold is the man to see to get your project correct. The installers were professional, respectful and the installation was A1. All planks were cut outside in the driveway keeping any debris outside. I recommend Alexanian, just go inside and see the selections.
