Customer service was excellent, delivery was prompt and the product is amazing! Vinyl plank stair treads to match the basement floor are sooo much better than the metal transition strip we were offered by a local flooring store. This design is simple and is such an upgrade for a very reasonable and similar price to the standard utilitarian option. 100% recommend!

Great product, well built and faster shipping than expected! The finish is very clean looking. Just be careful where those vents are used, I'm assuming they can't support as much weight as a metal vent.
