AIM Recycling St. Catharines

My boyfriend has put metal here multiple times and he took me this time. It was a fun experience. I got to throw metal in the metal pile. And we went inside after and dropped off a bit of copper. You get money from doing this, that's so awesome

Came to drop off metal last week and this was my first time at a scrap yard. It was very clean, all the staff were very friendly and helpful with sorting my metal. I will definitely come back again!

Some employees are great but yard employees are miserable and and in mood swings change day to day. If they are in miserable mood will make you wait on purpose. And you are expected to know everything. The scale girl Chloe is great customer service and guy Wess is great everyone else miserable and in mood swings.

Over the last few years I've had the opportunity to visit 4 different scrap yards in my area. Most are extremely "sketchy" to say the least. My absolute favourite however, is AIM in St Catharines! In my view they have elevated the entire industry, and set the customer service bar at whole new level! Friendly and helpful staff that will take the time to educate you on separating your metals, so you get the most from your scrap. And for me, just as important is an efficient and safe yard that I can enter without any fear of a flat tire, or risk to my safety. It's truly a first class site! Keep up the great work AIM!

I’ve been going to AIM in St. Catharines for a few years now, the customer service is outstanding and the yard is consistently very clean! The lady outside is always so upbeat and helpful. Whenever I run into her she always makes my day.
