Aftershok Performance Fitness

I dropped in to try the TRX MBody class this morning and all I can say is WOW! Aftershok has super motivating coaches and a clear base of dedicated members that support each other throughout the workouts. The facility has a wide variety classes, a ton of functional training equipment, and is very clean. Thanks for the hospitality, Rod!

Excellent, challenging, complete head to toe workouts every day, no two workouts have ever been the same in the 4 years I joined Aftershok after having double hip replacement. My main goals were to improve my mobility, strengthen my core and overall body and lose the weight I had gained while suffering with osteoarthritis for 10+ years. My initial goals were exceeded. Rod and the team of coaches continue to challenge my fitness level and fitness goals. I highly recommend Aftershok, it's more than a gym!!!!!

Aftershok is absolutely awesome! there's a bootcamp for everyone, and the instructors are super motivating. Rod and Rob run a great business and do well at challenging everyone while keeping it fun. Best work out I've had, and will continue to bring people here

Robert and Rod are absolutely fantastic and so are the instructors at Aftershok. Exercising in public can be uncomfortable for a lot of people but they provide a comfortable (but intense) atmosphere to work out in and I can't say enough nice things about what they are doing. If you want to live your life better, get in shape by calling Robert or Rod. They'll take excellent care of you!

Rod is an incredibly motivating instructor, he has a great way of getting the most out of you even when there is no energy left in the tank. The facility is fully equipped with an open gym/turf space, TRX suspension cables, heavy bags and weights. I can see why Aftershok is a flag ship training facility in the area!
