After seeing the complexity and expertise required, we quickly realized the project was far too specialized for a do-it-yourself approach and felt completely comfortable placing our trust in their hands. That trust continued to grow because Mike and Jeff consistently delivered on every commitment they made. They communicated clearly, remained highly organized, stayed on schedule, and guided the project professionally through every stage. Their office and outdoor showroom were equally impressive and allowed us to visualize materials, layouts, and concepts before construction even began. Their advanced design capabilities stood out immediately. Using detailed computer-generated plans and 3D renderings based on our property survey, they brought our vision to life with remarkable accuracy and attention to detail. This removed much of the guesswork and allowed us to make informed decisions with confidence. What stood out most was their ability to truly listen. Rather than applying a cookie-cutter design, they created customized solutions tailored specifically to our property, lifestyle, vision, and budget. Ultimately, Mike and Jeff created what we proudly call our “Backyard Oasis.” The project, categorized on the permit as two auxiliary outdoor living buildings, included more than 1,500 square feet of maintenance-free exterior stone flooring designed for three-season living. Approximately half the area is covered by two large custom pergolas, while the remainder provides open and functional outdoor living space. One pergola houses a covered stainless steel outdoor kitchen with weatherproof cabinetry, while the second includes an outdoor fireplace, mounted television, sound system, ceiling fans, lighting, and retractable screens integrated into a flat roof drainage system. We couldn’t be happier with the full exterior renovation completed on our home. From start to finish, the workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. The transformation is nothing short of incredible. The design created was EXACTLY what we had envisioned and all details were clearly listed and explained. The team constructed a brand-new covered porch and built two large gables that completely changed the roofline, giving our home a bold, custom look. They also removed the existing brick and replaced it with a beautiful combination of board and batten siding and stone on the front of the house. The result is a stunning, modern exterior that still feels timeless and well-balanced. Every phase of the project was handled with care and precision.
