Was looking to do embroidery for my business so I asked them if they could do a sample embroidery on my sweater on September 22nd. On October 30th I asked if I could drop off hoodies to do similar work, they told me they didn't have time until November 8th and then its a couple weeks from that date. I decided to go somewhere else but still asked if I could have my original sweater back, she didn't remember receiving my sweater, I had to push to get for my sweater back. She finally gave it back on November 9th and she still didn't do any work on it, nearly 7weeks later. She told me it was very time consuming to do one sweater, (shouldn't have said yes anyways). She wasn't very apologetic or interested in solving the problem. Just told me she felt bad for me, very unprofessional. They will probably comment on this review stating it was my fault in some way, the same way they did to another review. Please avoid using them, I use Beamerprint in Beamsville, he does great work in a very timely manner.

Stated they did not get my email after I spoke to them the week before explaining what I wanted. (Email was sent the same day). The custom shirt I needed for a special surprise cannot be made in time now. Got an “Oh well” attitude from the proprietor. I wish she had just said “No” at the initial request and I would have made alternate arrangements. Shopping local bit me this time. Extremely disappointed!

Worked with them for 3 years and have never been disappointed once. I did embroidery and prints for my company t-shirts, hoodies etc. and they always turn out better than I expected. they look amazing and good quality too! I would never go to anyone else for prints. highly recommended!
