This was my first time here, and the service was excellent plus affordable for a senior. I walked in and the environment was inviting.. Excellent shop to take you vehicle to. I recommended the shop to my son and he takes all of his vehicles there. They are very honest and efficient and reasonably priced.

Highly recommend Advanced Auto Clinic. I've been on the search for a mechanic in Niagara Falls. Thanks to the awesome reviews here, I made the call and Ashley answered right away. I was able to get an appointment a few days from the time I called. When I dropped off the car, she confirmed everything to be completed...part way through advised of a few minor things they could tackle. She gets hands on with the cars to tackle things to help the mechanic, explains the work in a way that helps you understand, and even takes the time to look for any recall it warranty issues for your vehicle. Great advise about how to tackle a few manufacturer defects too. You won't be disappointed!

I can’t recommend this mechanic shop enough! Every time I’ve brought my car in, the service has been top-notch. Ashley, Chuck and Ben are professional, honest, and truly go above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly. One of the things I appreciate most is that they offer complimentary inspections with every service so I always know when there’s a problem or that everything is running great. They always explain what needs to be done in clear terms, with no pressure, and their turnaround time is excellent. It's rare to find a place that combines great workmanship, transparency, and customer care like this. I won’t take my car anywhere else! Plus the complimentary snacks and coffee while you wait is a nice added touch 👍🏼

I have always worked on all of my vehicles. Chuck is the only one I've EVER trusted with my vehicles. I know without a doubt he will not only repair it properly, but he will also take the time to look the vehicles over for any other possible issues. He is very honest, has a tonne of knowledge, and he truly enjoys a job well done. He also takes care of my daughters vehicle now and is the only person I trust to do so. I can't tell you how thankful I am to have such an outstanding person take care of our vehicles and do it with such honesty and integrity. I've been working on my own vehicles (and friends and family) for 30 years now and trusting someone else to do a good job like I would do.... didn't come easy. Chuck has earned everything he has and all the trust I have in him. I'm very thankful and happy there are still people like Chuck around these days.
