Brought my car here on Monday for a few minor problems. First time coming here so always a little wary of mechanics taking liberties but Aksh (Apologies for spelling) was fantastic. Got me booked in the same day, looked over everything I asked him to. Sent me a list of recommendations with clear rationale for each as well as pictures. Didn't push for anything unnecessary. He carried out the work the same day and the price was great. I would recommend this Auto Shop to anyone looking for an honest mechanic in the Falls. I had a good experience with Lucky and Akshdeep! I went in for an oil change, oil leek inspection, and an exhaust manifold leak. They did the oil change, found the cause of the oil leak with a good explanation to why it happened. They told me to come back in a week for them to check if it is still leaking. They told me that they couldn't fix the exhaust leak because they couldn't get the parts, but they recommended another place to go who specializes on exhaust. It was a pleasant visit and took no longer than 40 minutes to do all of those things.

Earlier today, while driving from Ontario to the U.S., my car suddenly showed an oil-level warning around 7:30 AM — even though I had just refilled it on Saturday. It was quite stressful, especially being on the road so early. Thankfully, I found Active Green + Ross, and that’s where I met Lucky, who truly lived up to his name! He went above and beyond to help me out with incredible professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. Because of his quick assistance, my road trip was saved from turning into a disaster. Highly recommended that place because they fix my car in a day . I went to 2 mechanics , but they recommended new engine because of the oil leaking. But, when I checked my vehicle at active green and Ross . They showed me that its only sensor gasket needs to be replaced and trust me I saved a lot of money. They professional and friendly staff.

I went to active green and ross to get oil done. I went back 2 weeks later to say my suv isn't running well. Brought it to them no oil in it. They say now I have a cracked oil filter assembly. Was no leaks when i brought it in. They had someone do the oil that kept coming into the office where i was waiting while my oil was being done the employee who was doing the work kept coming in asking how much oil goes into my suv. I asked the manager why is this guy doing oil if he doesnt know what hes doing. This employee was the only person to have to remove oil filter n put new one on . With the inexperience hes tightened it too much causing it to crack. The jeep has a plastic hard ware oil filter assembly. If u tighten it too much it cracks. !!!!!I have a 2016 jeep limited cherokkee just bought it 2 months ago first oil change. Also I get synthetic oil which oil change shoukd be good for 5000 k. Not even the sticker makes since. Please dont use this shop I promise u you will regret it . I have left voice mail with head office headquarters Im here sitting in there parking lot waiting it to open. If they dont rectify this problem I will be forced to take them to court and sue them . Also. The B.B.B Will be called to make them investigate this shop to make sure there actually qualified to work on vehicles.
