My Insurance company used this company to appraise the cash value of my vehicle after total loss. Action Appraisal & Consultants deemed the cash value of my vehicle to be the same as the Repair Cost of my vehicle lol... What a coincidence eh? Totally biased result with no real research done on the value of my vehicle. A Q Quick search between dealership listings across Facebook Market Place, Kijiji, and AutoTrader showing the value of my vehicle AT LEAST about 10k higher. And mine came with an upgraded Grill, Hood & Rims. Now, THANKS TO THIS COMPANY, I'm jumping through hoops to get a fair settlement value, the rental is canceled and I have no vehicle. I'm to find my own independent Appraiser and challenge the value set by this company.

I wonder how you appraise vehicles and can determine damage through pictures when I was told someone would look at the vehicle honestly that’s just lazy my vehicle was fixed but had to argue to get anything done ended up eating a grand in work because alister wouldn’t look at my vehicle with his own eyes and after speaking with other appraisers they’re laughing at the poor service offered here
