Came in a couple weeks ago in my honda civic and the guys were super nice, turns out i didn’t have lock tight on my tie rods, darren was nice enough to still do the one side as it would be better for the longevity of my tires, so he charged me a very reasonable price and told me to come back as it was during the holidays and they were closed for a bit. Anyways came back today and Darren told me a quote to get lock tight put on, along with a front end alignment and even though my car gave them some troubles the price he told me was exactly what it ended up being even with the troubles. Mind you my car is very low, and literally nowhere else in the area would do it. Car drives amazing, so smooth and handles way better. Also cleaned off my wheels before sending it back out which is amazing because i had layers of ice on my wheels throwing the balance off. Be patient and don’t give these a hard time and you’ll get the same energy. Don’t see how anyone in these other reviews have issues with these guys. 5 star 👏

great friendly place had my car 4 wheel alignment done other places said they could only do the front Ace did front and rear my car has never been this smooth driving i’d highly recommend ACE Alignment for any vehicle

Mixed feelings after receiving an alignment. To their credit; very friendly staff, were able to squeeze me in the next day if I left my car there all day which was great. Received a write-up copy of before and after alignment specs. They also said they'd tightened a strut bolt that I recently replaced, super nice of them 👍 Unfortunately, was quoted 110$+tax. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the invoice was 130$+tax. After mentioning this discrepancy, I was told that it was due to the extra work of removing a skid plate (four bolts under the bumper) to access the alignment bolts. Fine - although this would've been nice to know when I dropped the vehicle off. Thankfully they mentioned it was taken off as it made me inspect the skid plate after returning home with my vehicle. The skid plate was covered in oil marks and scratched up from where they clearly threw it onto the pavement. The kicker was they barely screwed back in the two mount bolts leaving the whole plate loose and rattling. If you're going to charge me extra to remove and replace extra hardware on my truck, the expectation is to make sure it's properly secured back onto my vehicle as It would be super unfortunate to have that fly off under my truck in the future if i didn't check your work. Unfortunately this really tests my confidence whether they fully tightened the rest of the alignment bolts properly on my truck. I'm probably a one-off unfortunate customer in this sense. They do seem like a nice establishment. I'm just not certain I'll be returning after my experience. Would add a video of the loose bolts but cannot load videos on Google.
