So I’m actually curious to know why the 18 wheelers delivering your Product can’t pull onto your property to do their delivery? Can you explain how it’s safe for 3 18 wheeler trucks to just sit in the middle of Welland avenue and idle between Niagara street and Page street? I bet it won’t be so legal after a car accident happens or a pedestrian is struck as a result of them being unable to see the eastbound traffic coming down Welland Avenue because your delivery trucks are obstructing the views of everyone travelling southbound off of Page Street. This has happened 2 days in a row now. Not to mention that your delivery trucks completely block traffic attempting to pull into the parking lots of surrounding businesses from the opposite side of Welland Ave. This has been going on for over 16 years. Do better!

If your just starting out I would not recommend these guys. I called to get a quote on materials but had to double check on a couple things so I was gonna call back to verify... So I called back and did not get Anita this time, the lady in the office took my changes to the quote and said it would be passed along. Anita calls back and explains no sorry there was nothing passed along... So I clarify the changes again and request an email sent out showing the breakdown and price for the customer for the entire bill. I was only sent the price for 2 exhaust vents not the entire order. So I call back on Saturday to restart the whole process, fresh start. The guy in the office tells me the entire order is noted all is good... Sweet okay could you email me out that order with the breakdown and price for the customer. I was told yes I will have it emailed by noon when we close today! Awesome thanks... Nothing from Herman's in my email... If your a company just starting out already struggling confused with how the heck to land customers after registering your business when it started taking off when you were soley cash to begin with and these guys just sweep me to the side cause I'm a small fry company not spending 10k - 15k on materials every month... Closed my account after 2 months...
