ABC Dental Only for Kids

Skilled dentists, but front desk communication is poor and unfair. I have mixed feelings about ABC Dental. The clinical team is excellent—the dentists were professional and patient with my daughter during her crown and filling treatments. However, the administrative side needs significant improvement. On our first visit, we arrived on time but waited nearly 30 minutes without any explanation. For our second appointment at 7:30 AM, a heavy snow in Niagara Falls made driving slow. At 7:30, the receptionist called me. Even though I explained we were on the way, only 15 minutes away and struggling with road conditions, she was dismissive. She insisted on canceling our appointment, rebooking us a month later, and threatened a $400 cancellation fee. I decided to go to the clinic anyway. Upon arrival, a lady (who seemed to be the supervisor) coordinated with the doctor, and my daughter successfully completed her treatment that day without $400 charge. This experience let me feel like a double standard: the clinic can waste a patient’s time for 30 minutes, but a 15-minute delay due to a snow results in threats of heavy fines from the front desk. While I appreciate the supervisor's help and the dentist's skill, the receptionist’s unprofessional handling of the situation was stressful and unfair. I hope management strengthens their front desk training.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our daughter needed an extraction, and everything — from the front desk staff to the facility itself and both doctors — was absolutely outstanding. They were kind, patient, and incredibly reassuring, which made all the difference for her (and for us). She went through the entire process without any pain, and left smiling and relaxed. We couldn’t be more grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this practice to any of our family and friends.

I am so happy our dentist chose ABC dental to refer us to to handle my 6 year olds dental work. From the moment we walked through that door, we were treated so well. Our nurse was phenomenal with explaining every detail very thoroughly to both me and my child. She made her feel calm, comfortable and right at home. She was under GA and the staff was amazing at keeping me updated on her. Right down to walking us out to the car. I hope we won’t be back anytime soon, but if we are I know we will be in the best of hands. Thank you Dr Brian & team.

To say that ABC dental was exceptional today is an understatement. Our 6 year old son had a major dental procedure and the entire team here at ABC dental has gone above and beyond in their services, kindness, and hospitality. His procedure was perfectly preformed by his doctor and all nurses by his side made him feel extremely comfortable with this new experience. Not only did they take complete care of our son, their compassion extended far beyond him and extended to myself and his father in the waiting process. I am so thankful this entire family here at ABC dental. We will be bringing our youngest here, and highly recommend this exceptional establishment to all that are looking. You are in amazing hands. We are absolutely thankful and blessed for ABC Dental Only for Kids in our community. Our 6 year old son had a major dental procedure that gave us a lot of anxiety due to his age and breadth of the procedure. The care and professionalism with the entire staff was first class and comforting. I highly recommend parents looking for their children’s dental care to go here. Well done team!!!!
