A&W Canada

It was a constantly delicious experience. Shubhpteet was an excellent host. We will be back.

I ordered from this a&w on uber and not only did it take them an hour to make my order, they messed it up. I ordered with no sauce and they sent both of my sandwiches with extra sauce, the poutine had so much gravy it was basically soup and the fries were undercooked and mushy.

I live in the States and have never been to an A&W here but during my niagara falls visit in the Canadian side I decided to give the restaurant a shot, the service is not exceptional but it's enough to make you want to come back or dine in, the floats are a bomb of sugar but they're very good and the food, i wouldn't say is amazing but is good enough to make a good impression to someone like me that has never tried what they have to offer. I would recommend this franchise mainly for their floats and variety of root beer flavors

Curdled spoiled incorrect iced latte given with order. Brought it back to let them know they made a mistake and employee claiming to be the supervisor said it is “policy” to wait so she can review camera footage to prove that the coffee I am bringing back is real. Already inconvenienced having to come back, having paid additional money to upgrade my coffee, having to continue my morning with NO coffee and now being treated like I am lying and scamming a coffee. Advising random policies that she couldn’t verify existed, making me wait while she serves East Indian customers and rudely speaking their language and discarding me felt racist and profiling me as a criminal trying to scam a coffee yet I was wearing on my back more than her annual salary… unacceptable A&W….. your brand is being dragged thru the mud!!! Now 45 more minutes waisted and completely ignored by employee - Kushi!!!!! On another note note, the East Indian people she rudely ignored me and spoke Indian to were eating non A&W food and personally helped from their table, then a skip driver also Indian was served as well prior to even taking my lunch order which I was unsuccessful in ordering. Having to leave again with the wrong spoiled coffee. Now my weekend and my time, fuel, is being effected. These days it’s easier to file small claims litigation for the smallest things as it is easier and less time consuming.

As an American family visiting from Virginia, we were excited to finally try A&W since we don’t have one back home. We’d heard a lot about it and were curious to see what all the hype was about. Safe to say, it didn’t disappoint! Walking into A&W, the vibe was welcoming, and the service was fast and friendly. I ordered the burger, and it was honestly one of the best fast food burgers I’ve had in a while. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The fries were fresh and crispy, exactly how I like them. But the real winner of the night was the onion rings—my mom couldn’t stop raving about them! Crunchy, golden, and not too greasy, they were a hit at our table. Overall, visiting A&W in Canada was a great experience for all of us. It’s now one of our favorite food memories from the trip. If you're visiting Canada and have never tried A&W, definitely give it a shot!
