AW Food is a lifesaver! Seriously, I've ordered from them a few times late at night, and the food is always fresh and delicious. The night staff is super friendly and efficient – they always get my order right and are quick to answer any questions I have. It's clear they take pride in their work, even during the late hours. Definitely my go-to spot for a late-night craving!

Just pulled of the highway to grab a bite to eat at 2 a.m. because the sign said 24 hour drive thru. Got to the drive thru and was told they couldnt serve me any food, so I questioned it and asked why does your sign say 24 hour drive thru then?With further questioning I asked why , and they explained they were cleaning the fryers, so I asked why they dont have 2 of each to be able to clean 1 while still being able to serve food? ONLY then did they decide to tell me they could serve me chicken, so I decided on a Chicken blt crunch meal, then told me they couldnt do fries. so I questioned that more and eventually got them to tell me they could do onion rings, and this is where I just got fed up and drove away. It felt as if tho they were purposely leaving out what they could serve so I would just drive off .. I had 2 voices coming thru the speaker talking to me about it. They were both trying to get me to not buy anything... Mission accomplished. The Sign says the drive thru is open 24 hours... which implies food is served 24 hours a day, if they cant serve food for an hour due to cleaning then it should shut down or atleast be advertised and given a specific time and advertised as so and not advertise its open when in fact they dont want to serve anything. Because the sign implies food is served 24 hours I still pulled off the highway. It wasn't the biggest inconvenience pulling off the highway, but the customer service, and expectation was there, and I'm sure I am not the only one, so without saying anything nothing will ever change so I had to take the time to say something so you guys can review and improve the way things are done. Thankfully I didnt want to spend the money anyways so they did save me from spending money... but thats how businesses make money.. If you have employees trying to turn people away like this, your just losing money employing these type of employees your better off getting rid of them and finding new employees.

Stopped there to get something to eat on the way home from a night shift. Got my food with a guy i car pool with. Its dark out and we just got back on the road when he says something is wrong. Went back and turned on the lights in my truck. All our burgers 4 in total were completely raw meat. He threw up in the parking lot. Knocked on the door to tell them and ask for my money back ( 49$ ish) they said "but your fries are cooked yes?.... and, "we just turned on the grill" what the hell is that? Im going to be posting this on and off everywhere as much as i can forever. Ill also be sending this directly to A&W's main customer complaint department. As well as the food health and safety people. You shouldn't be aloud to serve food to people when you clearly dont understand the food industry. 03/03/2026 4:24am Absolutely disgusting!!!!

Great burgers. Great breakfast for a fastfood place. If you're dining in get a soft drink. If taking your order to go, go across the road and get a cold Coca-Cola. A&W serving drinks in a paper cup without ice is inexcusable.

It is always a pleasure to dine where the staff is so very intent on providing a clean, cheerful, dining experience. Sharon, for example is a non stop worker always attentive, very aware that a team effort is what brings the best food to each customer. Looking forward to next time with appreciation.
