Genuinely the worst chicken strips I’ve ever bought, I expected higher quality from A&W since I’ve worked at one. 10 dollars for 3 of these chicken strips that came out in 20 seconds because they served them to me cold, old and soggy. Never coming back for this

We come to this location often, its our go to when we just want a day off from cooking. the staff is always so kind. The food is always fresh and actually made correctly!

I’ve been to this location a few times now and I am very impressed by the level of professionalism & courtesy of the staff. It’s rare to see people taking pride in their jobs within the service industry these days, so it’s very refreshing to see it every now and then. In addition, the food always tastes fresh and the quality is as expected. I wish more fast food chains expressed the same degree of customer service. Keep up the great work!

This location is a scam. 1) Ordered 2 breakfast combos that should have been $9.59x2 + tax which should have been $21.67. I was charged $29. They also did not provide a receipt which is a requirement in Ontario for food purchases. 2) Medium coffees were barely filled up. Almost half empty when received. 3) Order was not correct and we received 2 breakfasts on an English Muffin rather than a bun. Complete rip off and this isn't the first time. I will not be back.

Best A&w location i have ever been to. Staff is so polite never charge for any add-ons to your 🍔, always fresh Good job guys keep it up and keep Beamsville beautiful and Juicy 😉 😜
