I hired this cleaning company to clean our basement rec room and stairs. Before the work started, I asked the cleaner if he could also clean two small spots in my son’s room off the rec room. He agreed, but never completed the extra spots and left without any explanation. His attitude was rude and the customer service afterward was even worse. When I called to ask why the agreed-upon area wasn’t cleaned, the representative was dismissive, refused to help, and hung up on me. They charged $500 for a job that took about 30 minutes and did not deliver what was promised. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering other companies before choosing this one.

I do not recommend this company for duct cleaning services. Recently bought an older home and wanted to have the ducts cleaned as my husband and I had a suspicion there were some blockages + a bad smell. Someone referred this company to me and said great things about it, so I arranged for someone to come in September. The work was done and there was apparently lots of debris removed and I was given some tips to spray vinegar down the one duct every few hours to help with the lingering smell. I also had to spend a decent amount of time shop vacuuming my entire basement from mess that came from the ducts/cold air return. A few weeks passed and something didn’t feel right to me, as air flow was poor and the smell was not getting any better. I ended up taking a flashlight and looking through our duct work and there was TONS of debris still present. I couldn’t believe it. Contacted the company to have someone come back and was told I would be called to be informed when he would be able to return. The woman booking was super chatty and friendly to book an appointment, but once I contacted them for clarification and poor service… crickets. Employee randomly showed up a few hours later without making sure I was even home. He asked me what ducts were of concern, and this was a surprise to me as he should have been able to tell all of this upon completion and inspection of our house? All of them! I could have saved $333 by just disconnecting the duct work and shake all the debris outside the basement window myself - which is what he did. He used my brand new shop vac to dislodge stuck debris and scratched it up. He told me that we should replace most of our ductwork because whoever lived in the house before had some sort of substance poured down which was most likely causing the smell. I’m honestly curious why I was not offered a refund for having a job that was not even close to being completed. He would have been able to tell that there was still that amount of blockages. I was horrified when I seen what kind of trash was all trapped still in the ducts. All very noticeable things that should have been seen via an inspection. The truck vacuum system was not hooked up again to clear things 100% and he was in a big rush to leave to go to his second job. So I felt like I was inconveniencing him that he had to come back because our house was so “bad”. Please look elsewhere for duct cleaning services. I trusted these people and I have two young babies at home. Not thrilled to know we were breathing in harmful substances for much longer than was necessary and how I had to investigate further all because someone couldn’t handle the task of what seemed to be a more challenging job to complete. If there was too much debris, I should have been informed of my options right from the beginning. Because honestly, I feel like I was misled, taken advantage of and quite frankly, robbed. I also have to spend more money on new duct work because they could not clean it, which is what they were hired to do. 0 stars.

Matt has been great both times we've hired AAA for duct cleaning. He's always professional, fast and thorough. I can't recommend enough.

He worked efficiently to clean our air ducts, cold air returns and even our dryer vent. This was a fantastic experience from start to finish and exceeded our expectations. Matt and Colin cleaned our ducts and basement wall to wall carpet yesterday. Matt spent a couple of hours doing the ducts and explained how the truck mounted extraction system works. He was very thorough doing every hot air duct and then the cold air returns throughout the home. Colin arrived a couple of hours later to do the carpets and Matt stayed to help. They were amazing and I wouldn’t ask anyone else to do this job again in the future. Well done boys!
