Vlad and his team completely transformed our cottage from its original 1970’s clunky design and awkward space flow to a beautiful oasis that my husband and I absolutely love. Prior to starting the project, they carefully reviewed the property and put together several space plans for us to choose from. They also recommended finishes and other design features to ensure a consistent and professional look. AA Design was excellent at managing this three month project. They smartly addressed unexpected problems that naturally arose when renovating a 50 yr old cottage, such as weak support beams and other engineering flaws. We (as well as several of our cottage neighbours) were very impressed with their attention to detail and quality of work. Vlad and his team removed the worry and stress of a major project that we had been avoiding. They left us with a beautiful vacation home that we absolutely treasure.

AA Design Group did kitchen renovation, new floor through whole house and door replacement. Vlad and his team were amazing through whole process. AA Design Group completed a recent bathroom renovation and rebuilt our front staircase. The final results were absolutely gorgeous. Vlad and all other workers were extremely professional. It was a pleasure working with Vlad and his subs. They are all young and energetic but certainly don’t lack experience. Vlad is extremely organized with a signed contract providing a detailed scope of work and is very responsive at all times. If you don’t mind having trades in on the weekends to speed the job up they are happy to do so! We had our floors replaced throughout, a new staircase installed and a gut reno of our master ensuite. The whole project was expertly completed in under 6 weeks as estimated by Vlad. I would definitely recommend Vlad as a general contractor to anyone. A big thanks to you and your team Vlad!
